Made
Graphic Design Vernissage
Poster design, 2024.
“Made” is the word that inspired my concept for the branding of my Graphic design vernissage that happens at the end of my three year program at Dawson College. When drawing the bubbly letters of the word made, I was inspired by confetti. I wanted the poster to feel as dynamic and lively as the vernissage, which is a big celebration!
The word “Made” has many important meanings in this context: “We made it”, the project’s are “made by humans” (and not artificial intelligence) and our work is “made with love” (or energy, creativity, soul, etc.). The sentence: “Made by [insert student’s name]” is used to identify the student’s work. The possibilities were endless when it came to bringing this poster to life.
